PRESS RELEASE
Young Masters Martial Arts is proud to announce that Mr. Anthony Brooks, a 9th degree black belt in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu will begin teaching classes at our studio in Woodstock.
Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu is a complete system of martial arts with schools in over 30 countries and over 100,000 students. Based on the combined traditions and teaching of nine traditions of Japanese martial arts, it has elements of self-defense, movement, spirituality, observation, and even espionage and battle strategy.
The Bujinkan arts are not sport martial arts nor do they compete in tournaments or competitions. With a heritage going back over 900 years, Bujinkan training includes combat tested unarmed and armed fighting techniques. The focus of the system is on the development and training of the spirit, mind and body.
Bujinkan is probably better known by many as Ninpo Taijutsu or Ninjutsu, the martial arts practiced by the Ninja.
Mr. Brooks will teach an advanced class on Friday nights at 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM and a beginning class on Monday Nights at 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
For additional information or program costs, call Young Masters Martial Arts at 815-206-2222.
Please note that the minimum age to begin training in Bujinkan is 15.
