Tae Kwon Do - A Tae Kwon Do curriculum developed by Grand Master Young Hong that includes a traditional TKD program, as well as elements of Tang Soo Do, Karate, Jujutsu, and Judo. Taught by sixth Degree Black Belt Masters, the students will learn both a sport and a highly effective self defense. Open to ages 6 through adult

Little Ninjas – designed for children from three years up to the age of six, this nationally recognized program is designed around useful life skills rather than just punching and kicking. Presented in eight week sessions children work on valuable skills like Balance, Coordination, Focus, Control, Memory, Fitness, Teamwork and Discipline.

Bujikan Budo Taijutsu – The art of the ninja. Taught by 9 th degree black belt, Anthony Brooks this program is not a sport but focuses on proven combat strategies and techniques. Based on the teachings of nine different schools of martial arts, the student will learn an extensive variety of self-defense tactics against armed and unarmed opponents. Minimum age 15 to participate.

Women's Self-Defense – For Women, By Women! Focusing on simple, practical and effective techniques and tactics, this class will help provide women of all ages a higher degree of safety and chance of surviving confrontations and potentially violent attacks. Open to women of all ages. Excellent for Senior High School students planning on attending college.

Judo – Offered as a seminar series of eight week classes, this program offers introductory and intermediate judo. An excellent addition to both beginning and advanced Tae Kwon Do/Karate programs. The student will learn standing throws, grappling, joint locks, chokes and submission holds in both sport and self-defense applications. Open to all ages six years and older.

Weapons – utilizing padded weapons for safety, this is a class that concentrates on traditional martial arts weapons such as the staff, boken, nunchucks, sai, kama , and even the cane. In addition to standard forms and exercises, the padded weapons, will allow the student to spar and improve their techniques in actual combat simulations against armed and unarmed opponents. Open to all ages nine years and older.

Cane self-defense - A seminar offered twice a year, in paired two hour sessions, the student will learn how to defend themselves with one of the only weapons able to be carried anywhere – even through airport security. Students will learn a variety of basic and intermediate strikes, throws, joint locks and defenses against weapons such as the baseball bat, stick and knife. Teens and adults –younger children with instructor's permission.

Yoga – an excellent program designed as exercise for both the body and mind is offered in both a group and individual format. Increase flexibility, tone muscles, reduce stress, improve circulation and relax the mind, this challenging but low impact program is open to both men and women. Open to teens and Adults. Younger students with instructor's permission.

Cardio Karate – A twice weekly class designed to promote, fitness, flexibility weight loss and stamina. Using exercises taken from karate, boxing, Tae Kwon Do and Mixed Martial Arts, the Student will not only experience an aerobic work-out, but will even learn some of the skills offered by these arts. Open for all ages and fitness levels. Taught by a certified trainer.
